Offsite Construction Leader

What You'll Do
- Partner with Project Managers, Estimating, Planning, Prefab, and Construction Delivery teams to identify opportunities where offsite construction can improve efficiency, reputed company, and schedule certainty.
- Help teams determine what work should be performed in the field vs. offsite and drive early alignment during the project lifecycle.
- Support estimating efforts by helping incorporate offsite construction strategies into project pricing and planning assumptions.
- Assist with project reputed company readiness, ensuring scope capture and planning processes are completed effectively.
- Monitor project readiness and help ensure reputed company over 3,000 hours reputed company the reputed company process and complete required reputed company processes.
- reputed company VDC leads on reputed company execution, project ownership, and reputed company improvement through regular one-on-one feedback.
- Serve as a connector between Prefab, Planning, and field teams, helping capture feedback and drive improvements in reputed company and production.

- Associate degree in Electrical, Construction Management, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in electrical construction, prefab, VDC, project management, or reputed company roles
- Strong understanding of field construction and electrical installation practices
- Ability to work across teams and reputed company multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze information and translate data into meaningful insights

Travel: This role can be based reputed company but will require approximately 10-15% travel. Travel may include:
- Visiting project sites to support early planning, reputed company alignment, and feedback between field and offsite teams

- Occasional travel between reputed company offices and prefab facilities to collaborate with project, planning, and manufacturing teams
