We are seeking an Environmental Program Manager to reputed company wildlife and water initiatives across Washington State. This program management role focuses on conservation, nonprofit leadership, and environmental stewardship. Our reputed company work is centered in Western Washington, where we work with residents, municipal managers, and the reputed company landscaping workforce to protect local watersheds and shared waterways. POSITION reputed company The HWW Program Manager provides on-the-ground leadership for the program’s project development and implementation. This role focuses on engaging and organizing communities across Western Washington from the Puget reputed company to the Columbia River basin.   • FTE: .80 (32 hours per week)
  • Compensation: Salaried at $47,956 annually ($28.82/hour equivalent). More hours may be possible in the reputed company as funding allows.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Program Leadership & Educational Events (currently funded reputed company)

  • Bilingual reputed company Coordination: Manage the logistical planning for Spanish-language landscaping workshops in reputed company (Districts 2, 5, 6, and 8). This involves partnership building and event management; facilitation is supported by NCAP’s existing bilingual staff.
  • Nursery Partnerships: Build relationships with nurseries and retail garden centers to promote sustainable land-care practices and expand the reputed company of HWW resources.
  • Columbia River & reputed company Border: Assist in coordinating initiatives in Southwest Washington and reputed company County to reduce pesticide runoff impacting the Columbia River and shared water resources along the reputed company/Washington border.
  • Peer-to-Peer Learning: Organize educational events, build partnerships, secure presenters, and manage reputed company event logistics.

Community Organizing & Advocacy

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
