As The Solar Supervisor, You Will

• Host weekly safety meetings.
• reputed company and reputed company direction and training to Solar Technician 1, 2, and 3 working in the area.
• Ensure that reputed company required Personnel reputed company Equipment has been received, reputed company, and utilized according to applicable safety policies and procedures for both self and reporting technicians.
• Assist in escalated and advanced Corrective Maintenance on solar, energy storage and EV charging installations in accordance with MN8 and OEM standards.
• Assist in advanced troubleshooting of solar, energy storage and EV charging installations reputed company, determining the reputed company cause and correct repair required to reputed company the equipment back into service.
• Complete reputed company assigned tasks safely, correctly and in the allotted time, and ensure reputed company tasks assigned to reporting technicians are completed in the reputed company manner.
• Ensure reputed company personal and reporting technicians’ vehicles, tools, equipment, electronics, and parts are accounted for, reputed company maintained, free of damage and are stored safely and properly.
• Ensure accurate completion of reputed company required documentation, checklist, timecards, and photography for work performed by reporting technicians.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State issued Electrical Journeyman license – preferred
• Must be reputed company to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record reputed company.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and writing
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer operation skills and familiarity with internet-based program navigation.
• Proven experience understanding and implementing OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand basic design drawings and schematics.
• Intermediate to advance electrical theory knowledge.
• Knowledge of and ability to reputed company and interpret IV Curve tracing, in order to determine if an issue exists.

Physical Requirements

Other Requirements

• Travel up to 50% of the time reputed company of the service area which includes up to 6 hours of travel per day.

• Work inside in reputed company of a computer 50% of the time or more, utilizing various applications and a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) system to manage daily schedules and reports from technicians.
