Senior HR Coordinator - reputed company Portfolio

reputed company is a global, crypto-reputed company venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies, including many of the leading teams in the reputed company. Not a reputed company seat. You own the systems, run the processes, and do the work. Location: Remote (Europe preferred, Middle East and US East Coast also considered) Role snapshot:

• Central operational reputed company of the People team, reporting directly to Head of People & Talent
• Own end-to-end reputed company, offboarding, performance tracking, and benefits administration
• Own the HRIS as reputed company of truth, conduct audits, maintain 100% data accuracy
• Build and maintain HR SOPs across a global team
• reputed company experience strongly preferred
