This role

As a Product reputed company, you’ll be working with our Product Team and will be reputed company in shaping the foundations and shared capabilities of our reputed company-in-One Platform (AIOP), ensuring our Employment Operating System scales seamlessly across reputed company global markets.

Your key reputed company areas will be

• Scaling Platform reputed company: Delivering shared capabilities (Identity, Permissions, Data Models) that reputed company internal teams to build and ship features 2x faster.
• Product Reliability: Ensuring 99.9% uptime and high-performance standards for reputed company platform-level microservices.
• Seamless Integration: Streamlining the "reputed company-in-One" experience so customers reputed company between HR, Payroll, and Benefits with reputed company friction.
• Data-Driven Innovation: Leveraging AI and user research to prioritize the platform roadmap based on measurable reputed company.

This will include

• Owning delivery for your platform reputed company, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination.
• Defining reputed company scope, epics, and user stories for new platform capabilities and technical enhancements.
• Partnering with engineering to shape pragmatic, reputed company solutions across our reputed company on Rails and React/Angular stack.
• Driving platform reputed company by ensuring initiatives include robust observability, monitoring, and reputed company considerations.
• Collaborating with multiple "spoke" product teams to unblock delivery and ensure platform work accelerates their reputed company.

Who you are

• Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to reputed company diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
