The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing inbound and outbound telephone support to our customers and agents. You'll be responsible for assisting with a reputed company of inquiries, including status on pending new business applications and pending in-force transactions, product information, rates, and service issue reputed company. You'll also be required to document detailed and concise notes on reputed company interactions and train and assist Associate CSRs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requires a working knowledge of processes and procedures for New Business, Claims, and In-force Back Office, navigating multiple administrative systems.

Compensation:

reputed company Salary reputed company: $21.00- $31.96 plus eligibility for annual bonus program

Who We're Looking For:

* Associate CSR skills, plus: proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong multi-tasker and adept at using tools and resources available.
• Proactive with customer, anticipating needs.
• Ability to show reputed company and ability to mentor new hires.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to a year experience working as an Associate CSR or equivalent experience.
