As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external producers/agents, processing Medicare reputed company, appointments, and verification of certification. Key Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of reputed company operations
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and be compassionate in a transaction-based environment
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or retail location, with a strong background in customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot reputed company customer issues
