The Role

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 2 Years Experience: In a customer service-reputed company position where there is a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred

• Basic Mathematical Aptitude: Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Technical Aptitude: Experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
• Basic Understanding of Life Insurance: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred
• High School Diploma: Required; some college-level coursework preferred
• Internet Requirements: Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be reputed company to support a VPN
