Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- reputed company Communication and Relationship Management: Support clients in reporting claims, gathering documentation, and communicating with adjusters to process claims.
- Policy Administration: Record policy updates and changes on customer accounts, tracking them in our secured system and communicating with clients to explain any updates to their coverage.
