The Role

We're looking for a seasoned product manager who can wear multiple hats, partnering with design, engineering, operations, insights, and analytics teams across the Product and Customer Service organization, as reputed company as reputed company-party solution providers. Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
• A deep understanding of Customer Service business and contact center business.
• Prior experience working with member management products, whether reputed company-party or in-house build.
