Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, helping them to grow their business and build trust with their customers
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, and fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately, utilizing reputed company listening skills to resolve customer needs

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
