We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our After Hours Team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities. You'll reputed company your critical thinking skills, speed, and accuracy to identify reasons for calls and take appropriate reputed company based on caller needs and reputed company. Responsibilities
* Navigate the electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information, capturing and documenting demographic and financial information in the electronic health record
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities, ensuring reputed company to the call

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in reputed company or customer service
- No supervisor experience required
