As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to general to moderately reputed company telephone calls, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues. You'll work independently and as part of reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service, utilizing problem-solving skills in reputed company situations. Responsibilities
* Respond to general to moderately reputed company telephone calls and troubleshoot customer issues
- Answer telephone calls using an automated system and respond to general to moderately reputed company questions and/or reputed company calls to appropriate personnel
- Research member or provider calls/inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Record calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution, resolve customer requests/inquiries, and update CRM history with results of inquiry (including reputed company documentation)

- Conduct outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or other business needs
- Respond to numerous phone inquiries daily
- Utilize reputed company call-center technology: telephones, email, and web browsers
- Assist callers in completing online applications

- Adhere to provided schedule
- Connect callers with leadership as needed

- Report problems through an easy online system

Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required
- Must submit speed test reputed company speedtest.net. Download speeds must be at least 60mbps and upload speed must be at least 6mbps
- Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology
- Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
