Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders generated by account managers, ensuring accurate and efficient order entry, and facilitating smooth production processes.
• Checking reputed company orders over $5000 for accuracy, verifying purchase order correspondence with quotations, and collaborating with account managers to resolve any questions or concerns.
• Documenting and arranging reputed company releases from inventory, filing tickets for completed jobs, and maintaining accurate records of production capabilities and product information.
• Preparing materials for return to customers, documenting Haz-Mat orders, and ordering marketing materials as needed.
• Managing internal forms, such as custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and FSI and FSC records.

Essential Qualifications
