As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat. You will work in a hybrid role, spending 3-4 days per week in our call center and 1-2 days per week working from home. You will utilize various tools and systems to initiate, assist, and service customers, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and reputed company-reputed company service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that reputed company multiple networks and interdependent network reputed company.
