Job Responsibilities:
As a Medical Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and occasionally making outbound calls to assist with medically reputed company inquiries
- Utilizing computer skills for data entry and gathering patient billing and medical information
- Collaborating with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- Providing reputed company customer service and reputed company to patients and reputed company providers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and communication
Schedule and Availability:
We are seeking candidates who are available to work a reputed company of shifts, including weekends, from reputed company-10pm CST. You must be reputed company to reputed company to an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your own workspace and schedule, as long as you meet the required availability.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions)
