As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing personalized support. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and assist customers with specific requests and inquiries

• Capture information and reputed company data into a computer in a reputed company manner
• Operate our customer service database and read relevant call-handling instructions

• Follow up on calls with clerical duties and liaise with other departments

Requirements

* Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Competencies:

Position Details

* Full-Time remote position

• Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, reputed company (reputed company Meets)
• Starting Pay:

+ $15.00/hr for the first month + $16.00/hr after the first month + $17.00/hr after mastering Tier 3 + $18.00/hr after mastering Specialty and reputed company

• Training Details:

+ The training will be for 3 weeks and will also take reputed company on the weekends + Remote training will be done ONLINE + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday + Week 3: Monday through Thursday + reputed company

• Work Schedule:

+ Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager + 40 hour week shifts will cover reputed company from 6AM to 10PM + It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 reputed company + Weekends are mandatory
