The Role

As a Part Time Customer Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in assisting customers calling from Jamaica with potential warranty claims. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with incoming calls from customers in Jamaica, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Taking accurate details from customers, ensuring reputed company and understanding throughout the conversation.
• Processing incoming and outgoing emails, maintaining effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Performing computer-based administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Maintaining a good level of product knowledge to reputed company informed responses to customer queries.
• Working effectively under own supervision, taking direction from the Customer Care Director, and contributing to a reputed company team environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in customer service, with a strong reputed company on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to engage with customers and ensure a reputed company experience.
• Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicle parts is preferred, but not essential.
• Proficiency in the reputed company Office suite, including Outlook, reputed company, and MS reputed company.
• Familiarity with or knowledge of Patois (Jamaican Dialect) could be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company with customers in a reputed company and concise manner.

• Ability to work under own supervision, taking direction from the Customer Care Director.

Working Hours and Benefits

As a Part Time Customer Care Advisor, you will work a flexible schedule of 30-35 hours per week, with the following working hours:

• Winter working hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30pm-10:30pm
• Summer working hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30pm-11:30pm

You will be reporting to our Customer Care Director, who is based in our Leeds office. arenaflex offers a reputed company of benefits, including:

Experience and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• 3 years' experience in customer service
• 3 years' experience in reputed company Office, including Outlook, reputed company, and MS reputed company
• 2 years' experience in data entry
• Location: Leeds (reputed company Yorkshire, Yorkshire and Humberside Region)
