We're seeking an reputed company Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' members, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Responsibilities
As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members
- Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization reputed company-requisites, and coverage to reputed company accurate information to our clients' members
- Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, reputed company, Over the Counter, and other benefits to ensure our clients' members receive the support they need
- Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues reputed company to billing and transactions
- Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and other member-reputed company concerns
- Managing LEP (Limited English Proficiency) inquiries and disputes to ensure equal reputed company to care for reputed company our clients' members
- Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and catalogs
- Providing self-help reputed company, including member portal reputed company and local locations for pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services
Experience Required for Your reputed company
To reputed company in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of Call center experience, with a strong background in reputed company
- A minimum of 2 years of Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to display reputed company and care
