We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team as a virtual assistant. As a key member of our Guest Relations and Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across reputed company channels. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
GUEST RELATIONS
* Experience with reputed company and/or Operto Teams is a plus, but not required
- Ability to reputed company AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and reputed company
- Must be comfortable speaking English on the phone and have the ability to use a VoiP to reputed company with guests and vendors
- Screen potential guests and reputed company support for guests, resolving issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management reputed company reputed company
- reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support and service
- Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
COMPANY TASKS
* Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams
- Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
- Working knowledge of business financials/reputed company to assist with the reputed company of reputed company systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Requirements
* reputed company in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Ability to work in CST and Eastern reputed company time zones
- Availability and reliability for part-time shifts, including Thursday and Friday 3pm-11p CST
- Availability for additional part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST (optional)
- Experience with reputed company, Operto Teams, and/or ChatGPT is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note
This is a part-time, temporary position starting in Mid-reputed company for 3 months with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025.
