We're seeking an reputed company Fiber Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic call center team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You'll troubleshoot issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and answer customer technical questions with reputed company and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
- reputed company customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or reputed company network
- reputed company analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and create and sort trouble reports
- Utilize knowledge of communication and networking components to reputed company customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment

- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
Requirements

Compensation
