Key Responsibilities
As a remote Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting external users of our technical products or services with basic and routine inquiries
- Troubleshooting technical issues reputed company to hardware, software, networking, and other designated products

- Following escalation paths to resolve technical issues and making follow-up outbound calls as needed

Qualifications
