Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team reputed company at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coaching a fast-paced team to reputed company outstanding results

• Communicating high-level issues and fulfillment trends to upper management

Schedule

The schedule for this position is as follows:

• Handling escalated broker and customer issues
