As a Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reputed company information to customers regarding their student loans. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the necessary support to manage their student loans. Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Process applications and resolve any emerging problems that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
