As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inbound service calls reputed company to billing and technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Support billing calls by processing payments, educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and reputed company of non-pay status

What You'll Need

* At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues
