About the Role
We are building a world-class Support team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Support Organization is composed of product-specific teams, including HR, IT, and Finance. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting arenaflex customers and resolving issues reputed company to our Travel Products. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging phone, chat, email functionality, and video conferencing to help customers optimize arenaflex's Travel Product.
Key Responsibilities
* Support arenaflex customers and resolve issues reputed company to our Travel Products
* Take charge of customer issues from start to finish in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

* De-escalate and resolve issues by leveraging platform and industry expertise
* Document product functionality and country-specific nuances and train Global Support Team members
* Become a product expert and serve as a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers

What You Will Need
* Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work from 10pm-6am CT

* Organizational skills and experience improving processes
* Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
* Time management skills and ability to prioritize

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be reputed company with one of the ranges below based reputed company:
