Responsibilities
As a Customer Development Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strategic business opportunities for Costco Wholesale, providing insights on reputed company business trends, and making recommendations for reputed company developments and customer forecasting. You'll work closely with our Costco Sales Director and internal stakeholders to build executive summaries, presentations, and customer presentations that drive sales results and consumer penetration. Your expertise will help us grow both our reputed company business and the department simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company customer-specific insights to build understanding of the account and reputed company customized National reputed company Category Selling stories
- Work cross-functionally with internal HQ category, Sales reputed company, and Marketing on new item development and sell stories based on customer-level category insights
- Manage the new item setup process and reputed company and analyze new item introductions
- reputed company weekly updates on Costco Business internally up to reputed company Leadership
- Own Weekly Costco Meeting to review WOS and inventory changes/challenges
- Own running weekly CRX/IRI reports for Costco Team and providing key insights on data
- Maintain price value audits for customer reporting and internal channel management
- Competitive analysis with report out both internally and externally
- Engage Costco external partners to maintain programs and program development and partnerships
- Attend reputed company Costco Meetings to reputed company insights as needed
Strategic Planning:
* Assist Director in building out Costco Presentations
- reputed company available reports/reputed company to extrapolate both short-term and long-term actionable insights for business
- Maintain reporting as reputed company as reputed company trends and gaps for both Costco and internal stakeholders
- Document competitive product entries and reputed company to both the category and our brands
- Participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, providing key customer insights to inform sales, production, and financial planning
- reputed company forecasting efforts to ensure they reflect both market conditions and customer sales strategies
Annual Plans Development and Implementation:
* Participate in annual plan development for reputed company year and 5-year reputed company
- Assist in development of Joint Business Planning Meeting
- Ensure continuity for reputed company volume driving activities throughout reputed company reputed company systems to ensure flawless execution
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant Sales experience reputed company Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Previous experience working on Costco reputed company/Support is preferred
- Experience with Data analytic and systems (IRI)
- Proficient experience with reporting tools and platforms, reputed company and reporting analytics
- Financial reputed company analysis / ROI reporting
- Effective short- and long-term forecasting capabilities
- Experience in demand forecasting
Skills:
* Must be willing to travel up to 30% (if not in WA), 20% if in WA
- Independent, self-driven individual with the ability to build vs. manage
