We're seeking an reputed company Virtual Customer Care Representative to join reputed company in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our community management team, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities. Your primary reputed company will be on promoting, facilitating, and fostering reputed company working relationships with customers and trade partners.

Your Responsibilities on reputed company

* Promote, facilitate, and foster reputed company working relationships with arenaflex customers and trade partners

• Regularly exercise reputed company judgment and discretion reputed company working with homeowners and trade partners
• Manage daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relations
• Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to reputed company $1,250
• Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment reputed company issues
• Ability to understand manufacturer recommendations for use and application of their products

• Supervise, review, and resolve the condition of their community, including entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers, and signage

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder
• Valid reputed company's License with a good driving record
• Valid auto insurance coverage
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and reputed company)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
