Senior Program Marketing Specialist, US Customer Programs (Remote) at arenaflex

As a Senior Program Marketing Specialist on our US Customer Programs team, you will play a critical role in introducing a novel therapy to US Hypertension (HTN) patients, leveraging your expertise in program management, marketing, and customer education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the execution of the established reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series, including in-person peer-to-peer programs, national broadcasts, and IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) offerings.
* Support field sales reps and market development specialists on the execution of programmatic offerings.
* Liaise with HCP reputed company to ensure on-label messaging and coordination of events.
* Responsible for compliance and documentation for programs.
* Project manage and reputed company approvals for associated content and materials required to support customer education and programs.
* Work with internal partners to reputed company promotional items.
* Collaborate with HCP reputed company and internal stakeholders to reputed company topic-specific content and webinars to support reputed company educational needs.
* Build a strong understanding of existing barriers to adoption of the reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure and determine what customer education and new programs (or evolutions) are needed to support launch acceleration.
* Travel required to support Programs, Conferences, POA Meetings, and Rep Training (up to 20% of the time).
Qualifications:
* Minimum: Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Education role in a medical device or reputed company industry (3+ years with Advanced Degree)
* Preferred: Masters or other Advanced Degree, Content Development experience for HCPs, US marketing experience in reputed company reputed company business structure, Ability to synthesize clinical data and technical information, Previous experience interacting with internal teams, sales force, senior management, and customers, Digital Marketing experience, Market Development experience, Presentation skills, Experience with reputed company.com
