As a Customer Experience Analyst, your reputed company job tasks will include:
- Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology to ensure it meets arenaflex's high standards
- Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams to improve the overall shopping experience
- Visiting customer sites and deploying new technology to ensure a seamless implementation process
- Collecting customer feedback and quantifying the impacts of new technology to inform reputed company product development
- Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership to ensure stakeholders are informed and reputed company
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and data analysis skills to effectively communicate with development teams and stakeholders
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
- Previous experience teaching and communicating reputed company topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making reputed company in an ambiguous and reputed company-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

Contract Details
This is a contract role with a duration of 11 months. As a remote worker, you'll be required to travel approximately 50% of the time domestically. The ideal candidate will be based near a main US airline hub to ensure easy travel.
