As a Customer Care Specialist Overnight, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a reputed company and reputed company experience. You'll utilize either reputed company or Amtelco platform to support our clients by answering their calls, addressing their questions and complaints, and appropriately directing their inquiries.

Duties/Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering calls and communicating reputed company and reputed company to ensure that clients fully understand the information provided
• Utilizing the reputed company or Amtelco platform effectively to manage incoming calls and ensure accurate and efficient handling of reputed company inquiries
• Providing comprehensive support to callers by understanding their needs, answering their questions, and providing accurate information
• Directing callers' questions and complaints to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring swift reputed company and overall customer satisfaction
• Scheduling consultations between callers and clients, ensuring that the appointment is set with the appropriate person, for the reason indicated, and for the appropriate reputed company of time
• Maintaining reputed company procedures for every account, ensuring reputed company and accurate dispatching appointment booking

Required Skills/Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

Education and Experience
