As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home on alternating weekends, enjoying a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies, ensuring accurate and reputed company medication benefits assignment. Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant reputed company in our pharmacy network
- Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
- Coordinating and liaising with reputed company adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment
- Supporting reputed company needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
- Managing and updating reputed company and claimant information in multiple systems
- Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients

Essential Qualifications
