We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company, working 3 days a week with flexible days. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and text, managing a moderate call volume, and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and guest review responses. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Support

+ Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to reputed company accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries. + Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. + Troubleshoot any issues and escalate reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks

+ Create and manage the reputed company's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed. + Monitor the reputed company's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and reputed company guidance as needed. + Regularly reputed company and respond to company emails, ensuring reputed company communication with customers and internal team members. + Respond to guest reviews, ensuring reputed company and courteous communication at reputed company times.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
