Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for reputed company Clinic schedule
• Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics to ensure seamless communication and efficient care

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
