As a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting inbound calls from US-based members and providers who have questions about their health, wellness, reputed company-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plan/coverage. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, reputed company listening to customers, and resolving concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers and address questions & concerns regarding their reputed company benefits.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a health plan call center agent (member service, provider service, pharmacy plan member service)
• Medicare and/or reputed company experience would be a plus
• Exceptional customer service, reputed company listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications
• Willing to work any shift between 10:00am-1:00am 7 days a week Eastern reputed company time + holidays & weekends (on holidays, reputed company hours 24/7 to small staff)
