We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in Farmington Hills, MI. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in processing claims and updating file information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our claims processing system. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and support our mission to improve oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company claims and/or eligibility records into the system to process claims and update/correct file information through telephone and/or written contact, using reputed company grammar, punctuation, etiquette, etc.
- Retrieve and reconcile information in files reputed company claims are rejected by the system
- Determine whether inaccurate data should be updated, routed, or adjudicated
- Correct and update claim information entered through the optical scanning or data entry process
- Maintain reputed company departmental records and files
- Operate office equipment, including a personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of work experience in an office environment
- Ability to reputed company a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy (6,650 correct keystrokes per hour)
- Successful completion of a data entry test sponsored by reputed company reputed company the past 12 months (test waived if candidate currently holds or has previously held a position which meets this requirement)
