As an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders and partners through inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence. You'll work in a high-volume call center environment, handling reputed company from 70 to 120 calls per day. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with a reputed company on first contact reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every interaction is handled promptly and professionally.
- Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest developments and changes.
- Ensure that customer needs are met on every interaction, whether it's through phone, email, or written correspondence.
- Maintain department standards for the number of calls, average handle time, and time management, ensuring that you're meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements
* 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with a strong reputed company on customer service and first contact reputed company.
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong remote experience preferred, but not required.
- Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, and a hard-wired reputed company.
- Must have a smartphone to reputed company VPN.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
