Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our myColorado mobile application, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving issues reputed company to iOS and Android operating systems
• Installing the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company
• Employing Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into our required tracking system
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and improve our support processes
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to reputed company expert advice and guidance to our users

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
• OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees
