As a Customer Relations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet and reputed company service level standards, and providing coaching and feedback to drive exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

* Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM ET

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of leading, coaching, and developing teams in a call center environment
- 1+ year(s) of experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year(s) of experience leading reputed company in a call center environment
- Experience working in a call center environment

- Retail Pharmacy experience
