We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Intake / Data Entry Specialist to join our Utilization Review Department on a remote reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in gathering intake information, establishing electronic patient files, and managing certification letters through various channels. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming calls for the Utilization Review Department and reputed company inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

• Retrieve and transfer voicemail messages to designated nursing staff.
• Collect demographic information for the creation and maintenance of patient files.
• Print, mail, fax, and duplicate correspondence as necessary.

Qualifications:

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Training or coursework in computers, medical terminology, data entry, and word processing is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive starting wage: $16.50 per hour, based on experience.

• Eligibility for quarterly bonuses.
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday—no weekends or nights required.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with company match.
