Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Researching, maintaining, and updating tax accounts based on information provided, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Processing tax forms and mail, posting payments to the reputed company accounts, and completing reputed company tasks in a reputed company manner while meeting company standards
- Additional duties may be assigned, providing opportunities for reputed company and development
Schedule and Location:
* Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- No weekends!
- On-site in our Allentown, PA office
- Once released from training (approximately 4-6 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained

Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 months reputed company experience and/or training
- Must be Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking
- Reliable transportation to outer offices and tax sit-ins
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Strong attention to detail with high reputed company of accuracy
- Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
