As an Evening Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a reputed company experience that solves members' needs and challenges, while working to resolve issues. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providing guidance, direction, and support to navigate the reputed company system. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills will reputed company you to effectively manage tasks, reputed company with members, providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors, and reputed company reputed company follow-up as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a reputed company of incoming calls from members regarding their reputed company questions and other inquiries
- Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and reputed company manner
- Verify/Collect demographics and update systems as necessary

- Connect members to appropriate area(s) both internally and externally

Minimum Requirements

Pay reputed company and Hours
The reputed company reputed company for this position is $16.00, with a 10% reputed company reputed company for evening shifts. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), with two evening shifts available: 1:00 to 9:30 pm EST and 1:30 to 10:00 pm EST. Occasional overtime may be required.
