As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients, answering calls and responding to queries, and assisting customers with medical insurance questions. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring reputed company interaction is handled with respect and patience
• Accurately documenting call content in reputed company-time to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping
• Providing solutions to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and reputed company manner

Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home, and your schedule will be as follows:

• Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
• Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits
