Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Submission Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times to ensure a seamless experience
- Validating and reviewing paperwork with customers using screen-sharing software to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Submitting accurate paperwork for reputed company review, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Updating and maintaining customer account information as needed, ensuring reputed company records are reputed company and accurate
- Identifying and resolving document issues by validating information, determining the reputed company cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Service Submission Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
- Starting pay of $14.50/hour, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance

- Full-time status with 40 hours per week
