As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding customers' warranties. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Requirements
