About the Role

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers, navigating multiple systems to resolve reputed company issues

• Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse customer populations
• Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
• Equipment provided and must be hard-wired (no Wi-Fi)
