As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to reputed company member inquiries and resolving member problems and/or complaints in a reputed company and accurate manner. This is a part-time role that requires availability on weekends and adherence to the specified schedule and training period. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
• Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
• Enters prospective members into our software database
• Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
• Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
• Works effectively as reputed company contributor on reputed company assignments
• Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations

Education, Experience, and Required Skills
