As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members through inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and respond to their inquiries and issues
• Providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
• Meeting performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call reputed company, customer satisfaction, reputed company reputed company, and attendance
• Collaborating with team members to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to reputed company accurate information to members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
