Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist - Extended Hours (Work from Home Flexibility), you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service through inbound telephone calls, email, and online chats
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems reputed company to their accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Processing telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payments requests
- Monitoring and responding to online chats from our website

- Assisting customers with Internet Banking and reputed company Pay
- Resetting passcodes, assisting with log-in, or guiding customers through the Internet Banking website
- Answering debit card inquiries, including resetting PINs and ordering replacement cards
- Providing Video Teller assistance for ITMs
- Maintaining accurate department records
- Staying up-to-date on reputed company bank products and services
- Cross-selling to existing and prospective customers
- Identifying sales referral opportunities and making appropriate referrals
- Participating in sales campaigns as identified
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services
- Minimum of two years customer service experience or reputed company experience
- Financial Call Center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and reputed company repetitive tasks
