We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a full-time, 100% remote position. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately entering data and assisting customers with their production orders. With comprehensive training provided, you will have reputed company to transition to a hybrid remote setup, offering flexibility and convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the reputed company
- Primary work will be application data entry, vendor resource verifications, reputed company certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems
- Sort and organize data
- Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required
- Manage either inbound/outbound calls in a reputed company manner
- Verifying information provided to our reputed company by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-reputed company information
- May be required to reputed company additional duties and tasks as required by reputed company

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Willingness to work on both, voice and non-voice processes
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or reputed company sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week starting immediately
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work with process and information changes
